Owen County EMS collaborating with Owen Valley High School, Indiana State Police, Owen County Sheriff's Departments, Spencer Police, The Owen County Rescue Team and  Owen Valley Fire Department held a mock motor vehicle accident on the grounds of Owen Valley High School. This accident was staged early in the morning as students were coming to school. The impact on the students arriving for classes that day was dramatic.

     Students that agreed to participate in the "accident" were given simulated injuries that gave the accident scene more credibility.

     Personnel from OCEMS, Owen Valley Fire Dept, Owen County Rescue team and multiple police agencies coordinated extrication and patient care activities at the accident scene.
